  I look at all my reviews from a disabled perspective , so my review will be as that “disability” . However to be totally fair the whole high street has similar problems to this chemist due to the Victorian construction on the slope of a hill!! So what they have done here is provided a handrail to assist getting over the six inch step up to the floor which is level throughout the shop. They have also provided an key pad to enable disability entry via an electronically operated door. This is good but not wheelchair accessible. So what they have done is placed another key pad in the window at wheelchair height “looks like a bullseye”. When this is pressed a member of staff is notified and will eventually come out to tend to your requirements collecting meds , dropping off prescriptions or whatever. Generally I tell them what I want on the phone beforehand and this reduces the time sat outside in the cold or the rain !!! Great in summer tho !!
